ICRC reps visit Armenian soldier who surrendered to Azerbaijan
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Office in Baku visited the Armenian soldier who crossed the line of contact on March 22.
The visit was made on March 30. The ICRC representatives informed the captive about his family and obtained information from him for his family, too, spokesperson for the ICRC Baku Office Ilaha Huseynova told.

Huseynova also mentioned that ICRC reps visit hostages or captives in line with its mandate to monitor their conditions of detention and treatment toward them and facilitate exchange of the Red Cross messages.

On March 22, the serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces, Andranik Araratovich Grigoryan, born in Khojavand district in 1991, left the military unit and surrendered to the Azerbaijani side.
