President of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan in France, former member of the French National Assembly Jean-Francois Mancel has visited the Milli Majlis. He met with chair of the parliamentary committee on international relations and inter-parliamentary ties Samad Seyidov. The Azerbaijani MP highlighted the history of relations between the two countries and development of inter-parliamentary ties.
