At least 4 dead when helicopter crashes in Brazilian neighborhood
A helicopter crashed Thursday in a residential neighborhood in the Brazilian town of Carapicuiba, in the Sao Paulo metropolitan region, killing the four people on board, emergency organizations reported.
The aircraft crashed into a home in the Fazendinha-Porto Vitorio residential compounds on the outskirts of Carapicuiba, according to preliminary information provided by the fire department in the neighboring town of Barueri.

According to initial reports by firefighters, the chopper hit a home that was under construction and none of the people on the ground near the site were injured or worse.

The Brazilian air force, via its Press Advisory Office, said that it is pursuing an investigation to determine the cause of the accident, identify the victims and provide more details on the incident.
