The Co-Chairs gave their quarterly briefing to Minsk Group members March 31st in Vienna, the OSCE`s press service told.
They provided an assessment of the current tensions along the Line of Contact and Armenia-Azerbaijan border, and highlighted their recent diplomatic efforts with the sides. The Co-Chairs discussed the possibility of a presidential meeting later this year and the need for the sides to enter into a negotiation that can lead to a comprehensive peace agreement. The Co-Chairs also emphasized the role Minsk Group members and OSCE Participating States could play in supporting confidence-building measures and people-to-people programs.
