Azerbaijani president promotes two Interior Ministry officers

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring higher military and higher special ranks upon two officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Under the presidential order, Major-General Fazil Alakbarov and Colonel Heydar Heydarov were promoted to the ranks of Lieutenant-General and Major-General, respectively.
