The monitoring held under the mandate of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative in Azerbaijan’s Tovuz district passed without incidents, the Defense Ministry said.
On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring was held by Ghenadie Petrica and Martin Schuster, who are the field assistants of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative.
On the Armenian side, the monitoring was conducted by Jovic, Mihail Olaru and Simon Tiller, who are the field assistants of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative.
