The court of the Shengavit district is considering the motion on the arrest of the second Armenian President, Robert Kocharian, since Friday morning. According to the lawyers of the former president, Kocharyan did not attend the court session because he had not yet received a summons. The lawyers said they would file a petition to postpone the hearing.
