There are some influential religious leaders who try to spread the impact of their countries in Azerbaijan and influence the political processes here by providing assistance and opening madrassas.
Chairman of the Caucasian Muslim Office (CMO) Sheikh-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazade made the remarks during the meeting with the delegation led by Honorary President of Turkey’s Aziz Mahmud Hüdayi Foundation Osman Nuri Topbaş.
He said that there are some other religious scholars, Osman Nuri Topbaş with pure intentions are spreading the true knowledge of Islam in Azerbaijan.
